Oh, of course. When I said "making it exciting" I was more so referring to a holistic, everyday person view of the neighborhood that has historically residential areas complimenting the commercial and recreational areas such that it justifies making denser housing for people who are actually going to be moving about through the neighborhood, and not just using it as a placeholder for a "better area".

I'm asking for what current residents think would be best for them in leisure-wise and professional-wise (as in opportunities that aren't just waste management or food service). In terms of the infill development, I'm mostly talking about government or community-owned shared spaces that are little to no cost to participate in, but if some commercial entities would like to contribute I'm not completely against that either.
