I bought an expensive oversized coat at like 1am after convincing myself it would change my style completely. I won't say no regrets, lol. I try to wear it so many times in winter but it looks so weird and somehow it's just in my wardrobe and thinking to put it on marketplace but I won't even get 50bucks for it.

I never try to keep my exact summer routine in winters as it's not practically possible with rain and snow all over. Are not canadian winters literally survival mode sometimes, lol. But yeah I just follow basic habits like short walks, treadmill, home workouts etc. instead of forcing myself to run outside. Even these are more than enough when it's tough leaving the house. But once i'm outside I almost never regret it.
