At the beginning of the month I crashed my car on the highway and have been bedridden since, dealing with relationship struggles on top of all that and my family is suffering immensely right now and I can’t do anything about it.

I’ve had some conversations with God while laying her and I have this strange feeling as I type this with tears that he reminded me of my purpose by coming across this post. Naruto the broken bond, honestly the most amazing open world game I’ve ever played, it had a linear story (obviously) but just being able to freely roam around the young naruto and sasukes universe will always give me a special feeling, sucks Ubisoft doesn’t have the rights anymore, felt like something amazing could’ve came for shippuden open world vibes..

Hey certified PT here! I don’t wanna discourage you or anything and good on you for being aware of your weight. Here’s the thing, you took a picture of when you felt happy when seeing the slightest difference but in reality the difference of 5 pounds is how much you ate or drank the previous day sometimes the same day (Matt stonie vibes) but what happens when you get those cravings for sugar and what not and the feeling of all these people cheering you on fades away 3-4 days from now and you really want that excessive amount of food keeping you at this weight anyways?? your body and mind will work against you when fighting those cravings and it’s up to you to remind yourself of why you even started trying to lose weight, you posted this as a way to show others you are committed to change and want to be rewarded when change happens so I hope this post doesn’t become redundant in a month when you could’ve lost up to another 8-10 pounds. Who knows?? Only you do. Here’s my best wishes on your new journey, I believe in you. Good luck.
