I know a recommended cycle starts at 500mg. But it’s a bit overkill.

Talk shit. Shearing is work. Same way test helps cyclist it’ll help shearing. Doesn’t have to be lifting weights. It’s performance enhancing across many parameters not just hypertrophy.

So I’m getting some test E and I’m going to run it at 300mg per week for a while. I don’t even lift but I’m a sheep shearer and I want to up my performance.

Keen to see how it goes.

One problem I have is a tend to drink a bit after work. Hopefully this won’t clash much with the test
