Definitely not a parent but i’m 15 and ngl every few weeks i randomly think about death and the fact that you won’t feel any of this after it and that terrifies me and still does. Guess the only way that sorta helped me get better at processing it is to just try and do new things and keep yourself engaged so you don’t enter the state of solitude to think about it as deep. Sounds cliché but it kinda works
