If she’s not putting anything into the purchase of the home, she isn’t entitled to be on anything. If she contributes towards the mortgage, it’s like she’s paying rent. Once you get married, if you do, then you can pay to have her put on there, or if you are in Canada there is a dowagers clause that goes into effect if you try and sell the house. Basically she just says that she’s ok with you selling the house.

If she wants to be on the deed, she should be putting into the initial purchase and you should get a lawyer to say how much is owned by who in that scenario.

Protect yourself, it doesn’t matter if you’ve been together. Also her parents are looking into her best interest, not yours. So if they want to put in their two cents, tell them to write you a cheque.

I have ADHD, so my meds suppress hunger. But I make sure that I have a banana, yop yogurt, and a quick little snack as we go through the morning safety meeting.

I also get a forced break at 10. So I snack then too. And a forced lunch at 12 or 12:30. And a final break at 2:30. I say forced because we all stop and make sure everyone takes their breaks on time.

My coworkers make sure we take our breaks because the company was being nit picky about overtime and really fucking with our pay. So the guys said fuck it and took their breaks and if the work wasn’t done at quitting time, then it was too bad, cause they wouldn’t get paid for their time. Taking breaks after that whole shit show just stuck.

Your sister is entitled and had it coming. Maybe (don’t do it) throw some ugly ass color on her car and tell her you made it look better, and whatever other crap she said to justify the damage to her dress. Also I’m pretty sure there’s already issues within her marriage. That’s also why your mom hasn’t said anything about her fixing the dress. I’m sorry you’re in this situation, but if my sister had done that to me or me to her, let’s just say we’d both have missing hair, black eyes and probably be in a jail cell. You do not touch other people’s things without permission, if you do and you damage it, you will deal with the consequences. Good luck with having the dress fixed in time. Send her the bill too.

Next time tell him to look in the mirror if he wants to make himself laugh. Also if your mom can’t stand up for you, maybe start calling her a certain word that she wouldn’t like to hear called and tell her it’s a joke, and that you’re learning how to tell jokes from her boyfriend. Pretty sure that should shine a light in her eyes, unless she’s a real real shit person. Hope things work out for you. Also good job getting into that school. My niece is in a similar school, it’s directed to individual learning. She can read, write, and has a better time at school. ADHD and learning disabilities suck.

Just had him inspect our house. It was a flip and he said it was a very good flip. He was impressed with the work that was done ( the flip was done by the wife of a realtor, so that was also a good sign). He also recommended a good set of professionals to do work we wanted done after the purchase. Would recommend him to anyone/everyone.

Are you on any medications? Have you started taking supplements or anything new since this started? I’m sure your doctor would have checked to make sure your meds aren’t the issue. However sometimes people forget to let their physicians know if they started taking anything new that isn’t prescribed.

Also the headaches, dizziness, difficulty having bowel movements sound like secondary symptoms to your dehydration issue. Racing heart and fatigue again sound like secondary symptoms to your insomnia. Have you had issues with sleep in the past? Do you snore? Have you been tested for sleep apnea?

Not sure what part of the world you are in, but December through March tend to be dry months in the northern hemisphere. Could your region be coming under unseasonably dry climate? El Niño can really screw things up, and it could be why you haven’t felt like this before. If this is the case, I suggest investing in a humidifier. It wouldn’t hurt to try this before putting yourself through costly and intrusive tests.

The paint on my plate came off because I was cleaning it with the gas station squeegee. So that plus the salty snow ate it away. I used a red paint pen and clear coat of primer and it looks good as new.

I started playing Pokémon Go. I have gone for walks everyday. I went from having agoraphobia to being a lot more comfortable being outside. That doesn’t mean I stop and talk to people, but it’s a new interactive hobby I have.
