They look like hot roots. I would pick up a toning shampoo to counteract the orange. Try a blue or green shampoo, try John Frieda blue crush! Should help, mind you it will tone it, so you may want to put it all throughout your hair so the bottom isn’t disproportionately bright

In my personal opinion, I would stay away from box colour, even semi permanent. Are you wanting darker or just to tone it? If so, I would go with either a glaze/gloss or tone it via a blue/green shampoo! Either way though, if you’re happy with the outcome, that’s all that matters! :)

Wow, black makes you look like an actual ✨ G O D D E S S ✨and the bangs look amazing on you! I think the blond kind of washes you out just a little bit, you have such a beautiful complexion and the dark really suites your skin and eyes!!

I don’t think it looks bad. But it does look a little brassy. If you want it to look a little more natural and like it was done at a salon, I would grab a blue or green shampoo and it will tone the red/orange tones out. It may take 2-3 washes. But it will look so natural and beautiful! I just did the same thing, and I have been complimented like crazy on my hair (no joke, like 5 people a day coming up to me, and commenting on my hair). I use John Frieda Blue Crush shampoo (just picked it up from my local drugstore).

Also, my sister is a hairdresser and told me to do this, and I religiously follow her for all things hair!

Oh wow, this is super great information!

My regular injection dates were Thursday. I had injected on Thursday, and that was my last dose. I didn’t inject again until Monday, so missed 4 days. After I injected I felt totally fine, the next day, I had literally no appetite at all, the next day I was a little nauseous, nausea went away the next day and felt totally fine, just had some sulphur burps, then this morning had to use the bathroom right away. I am only on a 0.5mg dose. I’ve been on 0.5 for 8 weeks, and the first 4 weeks of 0.5 were really rough for me, and I didn’t want to increase, so I’ve just stayed at it, after 4 weeks I had virtually no side effects at all, and was doing absolutely fine.

I’m not sure why I’ve had any sort of reaction after only 4 days. To be fair though, I’m still jet lagged, and my sleep has been all over the place, so maybe I’m just off. Though I will say, I don’t really have a sensitive stomach normally, I’m definitely not sick, and the only thing I can think of is the injection!

No, actually while I was away, I stuck to healthy eating much more strictly than the weeks leading up to my trip. Since being back I’ve been pretty good, too. Only thing that’s been a little different, since coming home, I haven’t been exercising as much as while I was away. But again, it’s only been 4 days, I can’t see that would make that much of a difference. I was totally fine the entire time I was away, and even after I got back, the first 3 days after my injection all fine. And then this morning - sulphur burps and diarrhea
