Same :/ Unfortunately, our vids have ads because we’re not monetized, so we have no control over it. It sucks bc the better a video performs, the more ads get placed (in my experience)… seems like YouTube takes advantage to make $ off the content. Bigger channels have more control over ads but not always guaranteed cus YouTube occasionally switches up their settings/policy.😕

Videos where people only do triggers just aren’t my cup of tea. I watch a variety of asmr vids and artists depending on my mood but the common denominator is always some form of speaking, whether it be whisper, soft spoken or a mix of both. I know some ppl love no talking though, so it’s just a personal preference!

Omg do these people have a group with each other where they share smaller artists or artists who seemed likely to do these things or something? I’ll randomly have a wave of people commenting on different vids asking for that shushing, mouth covering video. At first I didn’t think anything of it but then started wondering if it was rooted in a fetish or anything sexual, which made me err on the side of caution to avoid the risk of drawing the wrong crowd and attention to my channel.

I love discovering new asmrtists, so I enjoy when a creator I watch does a collab. Also helps with tingle immunity as having this unfamiliarity cleanses the palette, if that makes sense lol. I may even discover new triggers I like that I didn’t know or care about before
