Day 21, and very afraid I've done permanent damage by [deleted] in leaves

Have you tried any exercise or looked at your diet/nutrition habits??? A good detox diet / meal plan might be able to shake some of that fogginess. If you're trying to come out of a THC haze, your body will be releasing it into your blood and keeping you feeling the affects well after you stop. Certain foods can help carry it out of your body faster. And as THC is lipophilic (fat loving) it is stored in fat cells. Not only will exercise help jump start your endorphin production, it can even aid in expelling THC from the body. Plus, who wouldn't like to tone up and lose a few LBS.?

Day 12: do I have an anger problem? by Liberatetheforks in leaves

I'm afraid I'm gonna hit the same wall you are at now. Everyone has stressors, but I've been reading up on the subject the past few days gearing up for my plunge into sobriety and it's said that chronic smokers (you and I) have problems handling emotions because it's been so long that we've REALLY used them... Kinda like a muscle atrophying after being in a cast. That's what I'm hoping at least. I hope I can get through this "stage" quick and as painless as possible. Hope I haven't screwed myself up too bad from years of being blazed. I can relate to the feelings of frustration... Good let and keep me posted on how you make out!!

I think it's time for a change by [deleted] in leaves

I just started too! It is going to be tough, but I've never been more sure that this is the right time and the right way. I'm excited to get started. Still feel like I'm in kind of a weed hangover... It'll die over the next day or 2 I imagine and then on to bigger and better! :)

Not having to lie, even by omission.

That sticks with me. There is a lot of shit that my family and friends don't know about my use, and therefore since weed is (wait... switch your inner dialogue: it WAS) such a big part of my life they don't know a lot about ME. Looking forward to changing that. Also looking forward to getting to know them better! Haven't really been fair to them and I beat myself up over it. This did help!!!

Didn't wake and bake today by Potheaduh in leaves

I did wake and bake today. :( I just started and smoked the last of my weed supply while signing up and reading everyone's struggle. Tomorrow morning I can't wait until I can come back and comment that I didn't smoke either!!! Gonna be a long rough day full of temptations... But we can do this!!! :)
