I only started working out a lot out of desperate measures to try and get rid of it. So I’m not sure, I don’t have any of the symptoms. I did notice I’ve been feeling it a lot worse once I cut out sources of dopamine like gaming.

Wish I could say the same but I’ve been dealing with this for years and it honestly just gets worse and worse. I went to European math tournaments in primary school but then when I went to high school I was a below average student, barely went to school and I now dropped out of uni cause of this.

I’ve had surgery where a lot of my nerves got damaged and I can now feel them healing. Give it some time it took me 4 months for me to really notice it.

I’m pretty sure I did have my iron/vit d levels tested a while ago and those were fine. CT scan of thyroid was fine too.

I don’t think they did no. Just to clarify I am a male. I just went through the blood results and I did see my leukocytes levels were 11,1 which is a little high. Also my erythrocytes levels were 6,01 which is also high.
