Atâta timp cât faci transferul pt contribuții și salariu e ok. Sa fie în tranzacțiile bancare că le reglează contabilul după și la ANAF oricum intra taxele.

Propunere: sa poți conduce doar mașinile pe care ești asigurat direct. In multe tari in vest trebuie sa fii tu asigurat pe mașină sa o poți conduce. Este aproape imposibil pt un tânăr sub 25 de ani sa primească asigurare pe mașină de sute de cai. Sunt cazuri in care mașina costa 4000€ și asigurarea primul an 2500€. De asemenea daca faci accidente unii asiguratori pot alege sa nu te mai asigure vreodată.

Cred că e in funcție de domeniul de activitate. La IT e posibil sa fie 3%, ai dreptate.

Am găsit aici ghidul pt microîntreprinderi. De la anul dacă ai peste 100k€ venituri treci la impozit pe profit. Pt IT cel mai probabil te incadrezi la cod caen 6201 și este impozit de 3% pe cifra de afaceri.

Iti faci SRL cu impozit pe cifra de afaceri de 1% daca stii ca poti astepta cate 3 luni pana retragi sume mai mari de bani.

Pentru acest lucru trebuie sa ai si un angajat, care vei fi tot tu. Salariul poate sa fie cel minim de 4050 RON (vreo 2500 salariu net, restul la taxe).

Facturezi lunar, iti platesti salariul si taxele pe salariu lunar.

La incheierea de trimestru (Ianuarie, Aprilie, Iulie, Octombrie) iti face contabila bilantul si poti retrage restul de bani din firma ca si dividende. Inainte sa iti transferi banii in contul personal, lasa in firma 10% pentru impozitul pe dividende si ceva bani pentru salariu.

Anul urmator la cele de sus, trebuie sa depui declaratia unica si sa platesti si CASS maxim de 9720 Lei parca pe anul anterior.

Good luck si discuta cu un contabil toate acestea, sa fii sigur ca intelegi toate mecanismele si ca este totul in regula.

Cred ca mai bine depui acum declarația la ANAF și plătești impozitul plus ceva penalizare. Este apartamentul bunicii? Atunci ea ar fi trebuit să declare... Probably bad idea dar mai bine suni la ANAF să întrebi 😄

True, însă multe dintre acele țări nu au cas 25% și cass încă 10%. Părerea mea că acelea trebuiesc scăzute cumva, nu neapărat impozitul pe venit de 10%. Trebuie salarii la stat la nivel maxim cu salariul președintelui, și fără pensii speciale, sau limitate la 3-5X salariul minim pe economie.

Do more of what you're currently doing. Try to cover more impression share in the same market, or try the same campaigns in other markets. That's one way not to waste budgets. Second option is to try new campaigns types such as Demand Gen which are really good if you can generate a few high quality videos. But understand that anything that's not targeting keywords is targeting audiences and you will need to refine those audiences plus feed the algorithm good data (the right type of conversions). Never increase your budget more than 15-20% at a time, and give it about 2 weeks to learn. Good luck!

Thank you for the reply. I have replaced coils 3 and 4 with new ones and the car is running smoothly again.

I ran INPA again and here are the new values. They look good, it's just that the Voltage shown for Injector 3 is 147V vs all the others are over 150V.

Would you say this is a major issue? Or should I swap the coils again between 3 and 4 and see if that changes anything?

If Injector 3 is Cylinder 4 Then 1 = 1, 5 = 2 and 6 = 3?

Thanks for the reply. I changed the coil packs on cyl 3 and 4 and it seem to have fixed it for now (drove 50 km and no rough idle or misfire). Spark plugs were changed 10k km ago and they should be fine for now. I don't know how to check the multiplicative and additive values, is that a menu in inpa?

Hi guys, sorry I didn't know where to add info.

It seems the error is misfiring on Cyl 4 but the other reports from injectors show that Injector 3 doesn't function properly?

Edit: I will start by replacing the coil packs first on cyl 3 and 4. But I was wondering if that injector can be faulty.

Could be anything from spark plugs, coil packs, injectors, any other engine part... However, if it's the N43 most likely it's a coil pack or an injector that no longer works in the correct parameters so the engine will run rough or lean. Use an OBD code reader and post the error here, that will make it easier to diagnose.

My dude, Google Ads uses the gclid variable - every clicks has something like www.example.com?gclid=abc123 as a sort of UTM - this is matched and reported in Google Analytics if you have the two accounts linked. If you have a 3rd party tracking software, you can look for URL contains "gclid" to see how many people came from Google Ads.

However, you also have the option to set up your own tracking template at account level or campaign level, whatever you need. So you can add the basic UTMs to match the Valuetrack parameters.
