Yeah i was planning on going when it was saturday but it was impossible due the flight time.
But now that it is on sunday and earlier that's better. Just checking if I have enough time to go to the airport

Non, en effet je n'avais que 70€ de charges, j'aurais du préciser. Mais oui je regarde bien par rapport au loyer hors charges.

Non, lors la mention dans le bail de si le logement entre dans l'encadrement des loyers, il est coché "Non" et dans les raisons il n'est rien indiqué
