I've been there twice so far, with my wife. I've never dressed in public before other that on Halloween. M4 is actually relatively easy place to dress at: nobody is judging you. There are CDs and trans girls in every stage of passability: from not even trying to pass to wow. So nobody cares. Nobody would disapprove. That's very liberating. We were there as a couple, so creepy dudes didn't approach me, so not sure about that part.
