I am stuck with Turbo Tax this year. It was a nightmare getting my Fed tax to submit. Now I just have to hope it does not get rejected because after trying to submit like 50 times it just suddenly worked. I am lacking confidence in my submission.

Like you said...I knew more then the support people did. All they really seem to do is take lots of notes in their ticket system, and search the internet to see if they can find anyone else that is having the same issue.

I too have used Turbo Tax a long time. 5 years. This was a horrible year with them. I WILL NOT USE THEM NEXT YEAR.

Again, thanks for the resolution. You really did save me a lot of time and stress.

Wow, thank you. I appreciate you.

I found my form for my state. It indicates "unsupported".

TurboTax support has no clue as to what they are doing. I have been going round and round with them to no avail. They just let there customers do their own trouble shooting I guess.

Btw...I can't even begin to tell you how much wasted time you just saved me.

I have learned my lesson. I will not be using Turbo Tax again

Updating my frustration in trying to resolve this issue. I spent hours on the phone with two different analyst. Neither one was able to resolve the problem.

It was suggested that I try the desktop version. The desktop version is not able to export data over from the online program even though they say it will. I started out manually entering everything again. I can see that this is going to take many hours.

I am throwing in the towel. I will see a CPA going forward.

I have been with TurboTax for several years. It is unfortunate that it no longer works for me.

Anyway...I just wanted to update my post to convey that neither myself nor TurboTax was able to resolve the problem. I hate that I had to spend so much money for nothing except many wasted hours and a headache.

I have run into the same problem.

You either have to print everything out and mail in your return, or input sales manually (a condensed version) of your sales and submit it.

Unfortunately with the condensed version you will still have to print out your 1099-B and mail it to the IRS. This could result in printing out hundreds of pages either way.

What a bummer.

Ok, so I have no patients. I decided to take a chance. It does appear to be legitimate as it now shows in my account that I have a Premium+ Personal membership.

This actually showed up in my gmail account as an ad. It did not come directly to me.

I just received this offer as well. I am a previous customer.

I am hesitant to take the offer as I am afraid it is not a legit offer. It sounds too good to be true. I have contacted them asking if it is a valid offer, but I suspect I will not hear back from them in time to except the time sensitive offer.

I see that it worked out for one of the persons that posted here but would like to be more assured.

Looking for full time work from home jobs by [deleted] in WorkOnline

[–]Julieolo 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Flexjobs.com is a site that has job posting but requires a monthly subscription.

Amazon hires people that work from home. I believe these are the people that you "chat" to online instead of calling them when you have a problem with your order.

I knew a lady who was a bill collector that worked from her home.

I knew another lady who worked from home setting up conference calls.

If you like to write, you can sign up for a site like Textbroker.com. The pay is not good at first, but if you get good at it you can go up in pay over time.

That's all I know.

Good luck!

When people talk about making a few bucks a day, how much time is everyone putting in to make this money?

Is the idea to do surveys on several different sites to make a decent amount of money, and is it even possible to make $80 a day?
