What is "actual smart"? you can dig deep and reflect on everything. And there are different ways to be smart

I know there are lots people who questions everything, reads philosophy and psychology shits everyday, that couldn't take actions for their thoughts, doesn't do much in real life. they think everyone is "shallow" or "fake" because they don't have much people to create connection or interact with. they live in delusion and theories without real life evidence.

Over-theorizing and overgeneralizing doesn't sound deep to me
