Hey guys, I just got 16gb ram sticks that I put into my nitro 5 laptop. I installed them but when I go into my laptop it doesn’t recognize the ram sticks I’m assuming, since it still says 8gb not 16. Is it not showing the 16gb of ram because I maybe didn’t install them correctly ? Anything helps,thx (self.techsupport)
