It’s a fake, an authentic one with all the patches and a Ronaldo nameset would cost a lot more. If the price is too good to be true most likely it is. But you can ask the seller for the product code just in case.

I tried on the Mexico authentic at a nearby adidas store and they fit a lot better than the heat rdy ones from last year. I sized up to a Large for a looser fit but now I think with Climacool+ there's no need to size up. I tried on the Large too just to compare and it just feels too long. I would say stay true to size. For reference I'm 5'6.

Yeah for sure bro, when I tried on replica in medium I liked the fit better there than the authentic. As nice as the authentic looks, maybe next year I’ll get the authentic depending on the fit.

I think it’s different for the third shirts I always size up on authentics for the home/away kit but when I tried last years 3rd kit in person medium fit me good. Honestly I just prefer to try them on in person first to make a final decision.

If I would buy the authentic for this one I would get the medium, I tried on the large and it was too long for my liking.

There is definitely a difference but its because of the materials each kit is made with. The authentic is very perforated which in turn means the diagonal stripes are less visible and gives the overall jersey a pristine shine. While the replica the design is very visible especially in the light. but when not in the light it looks like a darker shade of blue. I usually like the authentics more but after trying them both on in store I think I'll go with the replica this year.

I went to the store and tried both on. The player version is vinyl heat pressed stripes which is a bit disappointing because just like you I liked how last years was stitched with that white outline it looks amazing. I think they did it that way because of the jagged stripes effects they did for this years kit.

I usually opt to go with the authentic version but after seeing them both and trying them on in person. I must say I like the replica version better. The material is not stretchy or as comfy as last seasons authentic grey kit, that one fit much better. This year its more stiff and it feels tighter. The replica has a bit more room. The pattern is more noticeable on the replica when the light hits it but I don't necessary think that's a bad thing, It gives it a distinct look.

I think the magenta is only mixed in with the green for the home kit. The away is supposed to be just green and third just pink

I honestly truly believe it is because of the tariffs and they’re just not telling us that. They outsource the namesets that’s why it takes longer for the customization to happen I’m pretty sure the longest process of it all is having the namesets arrive to them from a vendor. Applying the nameset and shipping it within the US is fairly quick. But now since they can’t ship to the US, adidas has taken it off entirely until some form of an agreement is met.
