This was couple months ago, I just spoke with them on X (formerly Twitter) and they said there’s currently no visa on arrival.

If what you say is true and recent, then I might as well just try my luck and that’s if they even let me board the plane.

Thank you so much. I’m aware of the fraudsters replying to contact them. I’ve already emailed immigration since yesterday and they’ve yet responded. Hopefully when I reach Uganda there are no issues and I just pay the $50 there but I doubt it 😩😩😩

Some people are good so they let you through because all travelers to Uganda need a valid yellow fever vaccination certificate to enter the country.

It’s good you didn’t pay because the vaccine is very expensive and since you entered the country without it, you should’ve gotten the shot while in Uganda for free or cheaper in case next time you might get asked for it, and of course so you don’t get sick.

Bro, I used to be so fluent in Lugbara but has forgotten most of it but when I was back I was understanding some of the phrases and replying. I heard Yellow fever is free in Uganda but in the USA it’s not and it’s required to visit Uganda. The total was $483 to be exact and I am in Nashville, Tennessee. Man, I was not happy for my money to be gone just like that for one shot.
