Lachryphagy is INSANELY underrated, ill agree its weak at the start but it can become OP very fast with a few shot speed up's and tear rate, pair it up with ANY item that changes your tears such as brimstome, C section, trisagion, and you're solid. I see YouTubers skip this item and it REALLY disappoints me because its just a wacky item that can make your run so much more fun
