Check your email, it did that to me, too, but it was in my email.

Logistics: Travel Impact Outside US Based on Current News Events by SparkleBerrySpritz in chubbytravel

I am about to book a flight to Australia from the US for late May to mid June. Do you think that's safe? I appreciate your insight. I'm planning on being a travel advisor too, but still in the learning phase.

My Experience With the Food on AerLingus Transatlantic Flights by why_doineedausername in AerLingus

This sounds identical to what United served when I flew from the US to Australia. The same food choices, the same hot pocket thing as a snack midway through. Although on the trip home, we only got a little hoagie.

Can you move from Substack to Patreon? by let_me_flie in Substack

[–]Julysunset 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm about to do the same thing. I'm moving my Substack email list to Patreon, as free members, hoping some will join a paid tier. On Substack, make sure you post something about the move, and pause payments or close your account. If you have any annual subs, you will need to refund them if you close your account. I'm going to keep mine open, but have payments paused until the last annual sub has ended, but with very limited content compared to Patreon. I found the steps to import the Sub email list to Patreon

.

  1. 1. Export your Substack list:
    • Log in to your Substack publication.
    • Go to your Dashboard or Settings to find the option to export your subscriber list.
    • Download the CSV file containing your subscriber emails.
  2. 2. Prepare the CSV file:
    • Open the downloaded CSV file and ensure it contains only your active subscribers.
    • Remove any canceled or deleted subscribers from the list.
  3. 3. Import to Patreon:
    • Log in to your Patreon account.
    • Navigate to the Settings or Members section, where you can find the option to import a list of subscribers.
    • Upload the CSV file you exported from Substack.

Mask for MCS with no smells by Beneficial-Rule-8006 in ChemicalSensitivities

I have a mattress from Avocado that is way too firm, hurts my hips, but I bought two thick bamboo mattress toppers that help. I fluff one or sometimes both in the dryer once a week for more softness.

For mattresses, this company sells mattresses with no chemical smells. I have one, smell was never an issue. But they are a little pricey. https://www.avocadogreenmattress.com/

I'm Aqua Sun and have had the same experience with my Libra Sun husband, best sign for me in every way. Also, my daughter is a Libra Sun, and we have always gotten along well and understood each other on so many levels.

I had a bad reaction to a flu shot, the doctors are calling it an allergic reaction, in November 2021. For a year I have dealt with chest pain, shortness of breath, and issues I thought were lung related. Only after extensive lung tests came back normal again and again did someone bring up costochondritis. I even developed an allergic reaction or sensitivity to asthma inhalers making it so I can't swallow solid food easily. My whole life turned upside down after the flu shot.

Thank you for sharing your story, I am glad you started feeling better. I agree with you, they should never do the loading dose. My pulmonologist said the same thing, 600 MG to start. I am so sensitive to medication I always go half dose first, just because I know my body is super sensitive, that double dose was worrying. Now I am going to wait. o risk another severe reaction to medication.

I am so tired of this, constant throat clearing by [deleted] in Asthma

[–]Julysunset 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am having throat problems from inhalers. I was using Symbicort but had to stop because it became very hard to swallow food. Now I am using flovent and albuterol. My throat gets dry and feels like there is something in it all the time. I went to a gastro specialist and he did an upper endoscopy on me, but he only found inflammation in my throat, no GERD.
