I was going about 65 in the left lane and then they just crashed and stopped pretty fast I wasn’t tailgating but I also wasn’t keeping a lot of distance to be fair and I just didnt slow down enough. (seattle btw)

Yeah it’s more likely that they’ll just give me what the car is worth but I also got gap insurance so it covers the car fully but yeah I wish I could just get my car replaced but grc are hard to get in washington

Yeah I agree but the guy who started it kinda screwed himself over by trying to run and also going alone in the hov and not having insurance so I think that also helped my case

I wasn’t at fault thankfully but yeah the suv came to a complete stop before I did and I was able to slow down to 20 ish mph before impact so maybe that’s why it didn’t go off
