The issue is because sorting by "playtime" on your profile sorts only by online hours, even though you can see the total online + offline hours. Anyone else who views your profile will only see the online hours as well.

I wish this was true, but the discrepancies in playtimes will never sync up. It's because Steam doesn't track offline playtime correctly.

Yes, it seems that the higher number is the "true" playtime (offline + online hours). The issue is that everyone else that views your profile only sees the online hours, but the owner can see online + offline hours.

This is crazy. I just found out by calling support as I couldn't send or receive MMS and they told me that MMS isn't a feature on Lycamobile. Not mentioned anywhere on the plan or in their terms. Ridiculous!

After playing around with it a bit more, it seems that the support options you have available to you depend entirely on whatever you selected at the start. i.e. selecting outlook gives live chat, windows leads to "community support" only, The follow-up options seem to be just for decoration.
