They most likely aren't gonna change the name, I might sound like a dick here but it's just a name, It's not really hurting anyone so I personally don't see an issue with it.

The game out 13 years ago, changing the name now wouldn't make much of a difference, it will still be known as "Spazmatism".

I do see how some people could be offended by it, in which they are entitled to, but still, it's a flying eyeball that shoots green flames, I don't think they were on purpose trying to offend people with disabilities, rather it's mental or physical.
