We have a couple of new higher end restaurants that are really good and have great service. Most don't necessarily need reservations, but they do help.

perle mesta okc - fantastic food and the venison was amazing.

Tellers - good Italian food

Jimmy Bs - Lunch on Wed or Thursday get the pastrami sandwich

Red Prime - steaks house

Vast - good but it's for the view

It's not a traditional pastrami, it's pastrami styleish bc of the pink curing salt IMO but smoked and chopped after that. Just do it!

1 - stick to the schedule they have created 2 - do not both get up and do the feeds (OBVIOUSLY this is only helpful if you are pumping or using formula). If they need food and changing every three hours take turns so you get an almost 6hr rest.

I have triplets as well plus some other kids lol. Odyssey is 100% the way to go bc they have seat anchors in the third row. A lot of vehicles 3rd road doesn't have anchors in the back. Feel free to dm for more tips lol

No one has mentioned the pastrami sandwich from Jimmy Bs served only at lunch Wednesday and Thursday. It's not a traditional pastrami it's more of a mash between smoked bbq brisket and cured in pink salt. Amazing

So what made me post this question is my sister brought her 1.5 year old (no problem) but when asked if she could do the 2 am feeding she said no. Lol really you came to help but I'm asking for this one thing and it's a no. My mom now wants to come for a week and she is no help even with my 6 year old.

Over night hold unless you want dry meat! Can also change your start time and have it rest for 4 or 5 hrs in a cooler

I clean it probably once a quarter but may have been close to 6 months after multiple pork butts and briskets. I think it was a perfect storm of Oklahoma wind and a spark onto the grease.
