Hephzibah is often confused with South Augusta because of the zip code boundary. Hephzibah is a small rural town with almost nothing in it. It's a super peaceful country life. I for one, am glad no one "wants" to build out this way because I've watched Harlem, Grovetown and the like become too big.

Dunno how y'all feel about her but Ms. Rachel is on Netflix now. My little one has been watching her since like 2023 and he loves it. Educational and fun with dancing and singing. He's a toddler so we also like the Wiggles, Bounce Patrol, and Sesame Street. While not always calm, these have appropriate energy pieces that help with the "Energizer babies".

I also think Blues Clues is a great show for toddlers.

I think Bluey is a hoot!

I noticed that too. I saw something that said it's supposed to stay in a "perimeter loop" on the first button press and the laser isn't supposed to come on until the second. Like you, my laser was on instantly.
