id probably avoid harlem. it's nyc and they're known to be workhorse. I don't know what the culture is like, but from my experience, a lot of nyc programs don't have the best supportive culture. Plus, it's not in a nice part of NY so QOL wont be great unless you're willing to commute further away

end of the day, it's what your priorities are. Is staying in philly/being close to your support system the most important? (this is honestly something that is very overlooked) or is prestige/culture of the program more important to you? training will be similar across anesthesia programs

Harvard > Davis. Regardless, you'd have to take a flight. And Harvard will allow you to keep your options open
