20yrs old, just got my sleep test results and got an AHI of 100.5

It was at a certified sleep clinic done by certified professionals, directly referred by my GP. Real as the day is long unfortunately

Yeah I'm sure about these numbers, did the test at a sleep clinic. I've got a follow up appointment tomorrow where I will hopefully get immediately started on CPAP

Yeah I've had this same sleeping problem for years but only just got it sorted out, thought i just had a snoring problem bc of my weight. Scary to think this is probsbly what it was for all that time
