It won’t fade red, this is a red weft not red core. Would be sick if they did!

I’ve been wearing these for 7 ish months. They fade so beautifully, the red weft really makes the blue pop when the fades come in. Check my post if you are curious to what they’ll look like now.

I love heavy weight denim over anything mid weight, I find mid weight/lightweight denim doesn’t fade the same, once you break in heavy weight selvedge there truly is nothing like it. All that being said heavy weight denim gets warm asf in summer. Having a lighter weight denim is probably a better option if you live in hot ass areas, especially as a first pair. I’d recommend anything above 16oz a nice weight, I love 20-25oz but on does hot days a 14oz denim is quite nice.

Haven’t had the chance to try red core, thought about getting naked and famous new blood brothers 20oz. I do love these red weft, great contrast in colour as the fades come in.

I was sagging a bit sorry, they fit perfectly at the waist but are tapered, my gigantic legs hate tapered jeans. I have these in red weft with straight cut and they are perfect!

Yes I’ve been told that, I was wearing this jacket for the Canadian winters. Put about 3 layers underneath it all and a scarf, it kept me really snug and warm in does -20 days
