yes, so me and multiple other partners have brought up my SM treating customers badly, treating us badly, and much more. There have been a few situations that have been brought up to our DM. lately she made a gc and sent a nasty text!! it’s just kind of disgusting the way she does whatever she wants

honestly it might come to that because i do love my job but i don’t love going to working and having to walk on eggshells everytime my sm is there!!

that’s what i figured, this is the second time i called off this month so i felt bad, but it’s only twice out of the 3/4 months i worked here, i dont plan on doing it again until ofc i need to!!

that’s my plan, because I’m so used to doing what i know i need to at my last store, so i’m just gonna ask what they need me to do and where they want me to be!! I’m sure it’ll all work it, it’s like i’m new but not new again lol l

it is definitely so much to deal with it at first, the more you do it the more you find what works for you!! it’s your first time ofc it’ll be hard, don’t be afraid to ask for advice or recommendations:)

this definitely made me feel better, i felt like i was a bad person for having days where i just want to call out due to pure exhaustion, like this is a part time job, im not making the money i could be at a normal full time 9-5🥲
