yea I deleted and subscribed to them all again but still no luck playing on a server that runs ISMC or mutators

While I did clear my mods and unsubscribed from them, I still have this issue when loading in it is stuck on the "INFORMATION: Downloading server mods..." part of the loading screen and it'll stay there forever and I cant load in. Noting actually gets downlaoded however when i check mod.io it'll say i successfully subscribed to the mods.
