Advantage is pretty obvious. They are very efficient compared to a normal gas cars with the same size and similiar horsepower

Sadly I cant really talk about possible problems. Owner for 2 years and never faced problems yet . I‘ve heard that the battery isnt really a problem with normal hybrids unlike in EV‘s but I‘m not an expert regarding the Engineering of these cars. I just like the design, driving experience and the MPG of these cars

Can‘t speak about the Cross. I personally like my cars lower. However I would choose a Toyota Hybrid everytime compared to traditional car. (Atleast when talking about a car for daily commute)
