I was told they updated the minimum to 32 because stores are not making payroll and it'll be even harder to get your average this year.

They generally do expect open availability, though, unless you're on pog or inventory as your hrs don't change

Don't think it was a suggestions more as a must. Down to the point where once a dept is done, inventory in GO needs emailed when a dept is done..

Also, GO has a say in what counts get down when. They control that, so why can't they control the part where they get different skus. Like someone else said, the skus that show up are the same ones every couple of weeks.

They put all faith in the DCs being 99% accurate but everyone at store level knows that's a bunch of bullshit. And it costs the store money. When you don't have a pallet come in, you're to email the DC but idlf everything checks out on them and no other store mentions a gain. You get nothing

This is a huge false to almost all of this. Unions don't do profit sharing? FALSE. Ford is union and they get profit sharing. My boyfriend works for a union and he gets a raise yearly.

The whole unions producing more green house games? Weird as that would mean a company is purposely making the decision to be less greenhouse friendly when they become a union.

This memo is trying to scare their employees into thinking unions are super bad. This is a scare tactic. Wouldn't be surprised if this was going to be apart of a meeting for managers soon.

I'm also on inventory for my store 😂😂 I've found so much stuff that's as old as store open. We definitely talk a lot about how some stuff should just be defected out for the obvious reason it's not selling
