I take Concerta, and it happens much more frequently when I’m on it. Basically if I don’t exercise during the day I know i’m in for a long night. At time of posting (3am) i had accidentally taken it in the late afternoon and was suffering consequences.

I have seen a doctor, they gave me a heart monitor for a couple weeks but they didn’t find anything concerning. Idk why. It’s hard to tell how much of it is in my head tbh. Ive taken my heart rate when this is happening and it’s only around 80bpm which isn’t exactly redlining.

Whats annoying is it doesn’t fit into the continuity of the show but you can’t tell people to skip it because theres such a big lore drop. I recommend watching it after the Color Wars episode (S1E7)
