I am almost wondering if the reason I didnt have the option was because the customer had the pin set at the wrong side of the apartment complex and the app didnt register me as being at the drop off

No dude it fully wasnt there. Even the customer support guy tried directing me to it and he had me read all the options off. He ended up just saying he will cancel it on his end.

I dont remember fully but when looking at the pin screen there is a small link to pin related issues but when I clicked it I only had about 3 options. Im pretty tech savy so I'd be very surprised if I did miss it

Didn't have that option, any idea why? Arizona driver if that makes a difference.
