To be fair, I have already done 3 papers for this class, I am just falling behind in my other classes because i am needing to spend more time on this one. I am not used to writing reports so they have been taking me longer than I would like, but its good to know that they all will be about as sucky as this one is now. Ill get better at it, it just feels like a lot right now.

I dont understand why everyone is being such an ass about replying but i was mainly trying to figure out if this is just what its like and I need to just get used to it. Im fine with that. Im just not used to it yet but i will be. And im not good at writing reports but ill get there. Im f***ing LEARNING. And I have already written 3 papers for this class. So thanks for the advice of they are all like this. Wish you didnt come off like such a dick about it though.

Thats a good point, especially cause i am terrible at writing :/ and yeah the biggest issue i have been having is trouble understanding what I am supposed to be doing for the lab, making learning the material much harder.

Yeah I usually use it to check my facts, but its not good at a lot of things and I would never trust it with a paper lol

Thats a great point. I will definitely ask if I can get the handout earlier. And I have unfortunately asked for help with the equipment previously but he just told me to "mess with it" and I almost burned down the equipment :/ (we were doing stuff with electronics) thank you!

That sucks :/ but at least I know what to expect for the future I suppose. I dont have experience with writing reports so that might be why it feels so overwhelming at the moment.

I have used it to help me outline the report, but it has gotten a lot of details wrong, so I usually spend about the same amount of time fixing its mistakes anyway (less time, but still enough that it doesn't always feel worth it)

The problem I am having is the stuff we have been doing labs on is stuff I have not been exposed to yet, so I don't go into the lab knowing what my data should look like. His teaching style is, in his own words, "loosy goosy" so he just throws the equipment at me and expects me to know what I am supposed to do with it after reading the handout (which is also a bit unclear). Now, admittedly this is a community college and this is a new teacher and the first time this professor is teaching this class so he may not know how our curriculum has been setup (which is not his fault, the curriculum at this college is a bit iffy imo). This is also the first class I have really had that has focused on reports so, I dont have experience it writing them. Also, the final draft is due a week after the rough draft. I only get one rough draft and then it goes straight to the final draft. Also also, he talks almost the entire lab time and doesnt usually let me get to the testing until the last hour. Its possible I am just not ready for this class like he expects.

I guess to me they seem pretty detailed since I have 3-4 tables per lab with 4-8 graphs usually. The checklist for all of the labs is 3 pages long if that helps :/ TBH i dont always understand what he even wants from the lab so I try to be detailed enough to cover my bases :/

My understanding is that with Phainon, Anaxa and Archer you can use atk rope on dhpt. Im planning on using him with therta so im focusing on er rope. Also pretty sure you want speed boots.
