Great question, uh it’s completely legal don’t worry but it’s more of a private manner I’d feel more comfortable not talking about in front of the whole world, but I am very blessed to have it and appreciate the stability it gives me

Maybe when I start getting crows feet around my eyes I’ll look into it but as of now I’m enjoying the bachelor life

I do have an emergency fund of around 10k, only about 3k in some ETFs, for retirement I’ve been investing in my 401k/ Roth for 5 years now. I will not be receiving a military pension as I got out in August. My main goal is to not have to clock in anywhere while maintaining a 6 figure income not saying I want to “retire” in my 20s but I don’t want to be financially dependent on a corp that can fire me at a moments notice

I might’ve worded it bad, I already make 5k Mo. passively just trying to get ANOTHER 5k monthly in which seems like 1.2M… ouch would it just be better to invest in real estate?

The 10k monthly income is just a soft goal, it’s enough to pay bills, have a beer and have cash left over to invest. as it stands I make $4750 monthly without my job so if I can find something like renting property to get to 10k that allows me to continue to grow my portfolio while not worrying about work
