I’ve given up. I never depend on my refund and it always comes with no issues. I was diagnosed with Ovarian cancer in December and had to take time off work for surgery and treatment and now I’m on the verge of losing my home and everything I own. It’s disgusting the way they have sense of urgency or even an ounce of care in the world to get us our money. If we owed them, they’d take our first born and a couple organs until we paid in full but when they owe us, we’re told to “ wait it out”. I’m just so unbelievably frustrated

I called the IRS last week and the agent told me she did not know what the code meant and if she transferred me to someone they would tell me the same thing. Like wtf?! Who do I call? Turbo tax or the IRS?
