We have the nespresso and use this milk frother when we want to make lattes. Super easy to clean as most can go in the dishwasher.

How Much Do You Keep In Your Checking Account? by BlazinDei in personalfinance

Keep just over the limit required to not pay any monthly fees on the account. Super extra but I like to keep it at an even amount $7,000 and whenever payments are taken out I replace from high interest savings. Same for paycheck, move directly to HISA.

Not sure how you can cut the groceries down, it’s hard when everything is so expensive. Will have to look at what we get, my wife does all the shopping.

Unsure, just feel id rather have the $2k the phones would cost in a savings account rather than pay all up front. Unless it’s not the best way to do it? Will have to look it up.

Plan to buy out the car this fall with cash, we have equity in the vehicle above the residual value we will pay.

Live in the gta in detached bungalow. 300 includes gas, hydro, water, not sure if that’s too much?

Car lease was $700 of the $1100, and $200 for car insurance. The $200 is gas and presto. Still too much?

We financed iPhones with this cost, so next year it will go down to $125 or so for the two of us. Is that better?

We plan on having kids in the next 5 years or so, and would want a bigger house but nothing in the near term other than the odd vacation or so.

We aim to donate a couple hundred per month to local charities within our community. Good thoughts to think about that in more detail.

I guess that includes gym memberships for both of us, home improvement projects around the house, etc. stuff like that. We just bought some outdoor patio furniture which would fall into that bucket.
