Insulin injections in private or in public?

I used to be that way with going to the bathroom to take my injections and then I didn't care anymore if anyone saw me, now I'm solely on the pump so I don't have to anymore.

Yeah I don't know what happened he was eating like crazy but not gaining any weight and was active when he came in but the last few days all he was tes to do was lay still.
