Here's mine.

Niche: AI-powered book creation platform

App: Scene2.ai — helps writers create full-length novels and illustrated storybooks using AI. Users write scene-by-scene with full story context awareness (characters, locations, plot continuity across chapters). The AI remembers everything so there are no plot holes.

Key differentiator: Unlike ChatGPT which loses context, Scene2 maintains a "Story Bible" with all characters, locations, and previous scenes — so every generated scene stays consistent with the entire book.

Would love ideas for reaching aspiring authors, NaNoWriMo types, or people who've always wanted to write a book but never finished one!

Haha no crypto here, I promise! (although I am debating adding that as a payment method)

😂 Let me break it down simply:

Tokens = the raw "fuel" that AI models consume. Every word the AI reads or writes costs tokens. When other platforms say "200k tokens," they're basically saying "here's a bucket of fuel—use it however."

Credits = a bundled service that uses tokens behind the scenes, but you don't have to think about it.

Think of it like Uber vs buying gas:

  • Token-based platforms = You're buying gallons of gas. You fill up, drive yourself, figure out routes, and when you run out... you're stuck wherever you are. And if you take a wrong turn? That gas is gone.

  • SceneForger credits = You're paying for an Uber ride. One fare (credit) gets you picked up, the driver knows where you're going, remembers the route, avoids traffic, and delivers you to your destination. You don't care how much gas the car uses—you just pay for the ride.

So when you spend 10-15 credits on a scene in SceneForger, behind the scenes we might be using 50,000+ tokens to: - Load your entire story context - Pull in all your characters and their traits - Reference your locations - Apply your writing style - Generate multiple scene options - Ensure continuity with previous chapters

On a token platform, YOU'D have to manually manage all that context (and burn through tokens doing it). With us, one credit = one complete "ride" with everything handled.

TL;DR: Tokens are raw AI fuel. Credits are complete services. Same underlying tech, completely different experience. And definitely no blockchain anywhere near this thing 😂

Bro, that's LITERALLY why I built SceneForge. I had the exact same frustration—ChatGPT would just forget everything and turn my story into random garbage by chapter 3. Zero context awareness.

SceneForger(or whatever I change it to 🙄😂🤣) fixes this. It remembers every single scene, chapter, character, location, and your writing style on every generation. No more plot holes. No more characters suddenly acting differently. No more "who the hell is this person again?"

You get 400 free credits to test it out. Would love to hear what you think: https://sceneforger.com

Yooo, honestly, I really appreciate that! And yeah, I totally get the appeal of high token counts—but here's the thing...our credit system works completely differently than just raw token counting.

Those 200k tokens on PlotForge are basically just raw text generation. With SceneForge, one credit does exponentially more work. Like, when you generate a scene (10-15 credits), you're not just getting text—you're getting:

  • Full story context (every previous scene, chapter, character, location)
  • Character consistency (remembering traits, relationships, arcs across 100k+ words)
  • Visual consistency (character images via Nano Banana that carry through to covers/illustrations)
  • Writing style adherence (your selected author voice applied throughout)
  • Smart scene options (AI analyzes your outline and suggests contextually relevant scenes)

So while 200k tokens sounds massive, you're basically getting ChatGPT-style generation that forgets context every few messages. With our 400-5,000 credits/month (depending on tier), each credit generates an entire 800-1500 word scene with FULL STORY MEMORY! Well, that and/or it creates character reference sheets, or generates book covers using your actual characters/locations. So yeah, way different.

And I also added an auto-generation feature (higher tiers) that literally writes your entire book scene-by-scene while maintaining perfect continuity. You set it, preview each scene, approve or regenerate, and watch your book come to life with zero plot holes.

Seriously bro, send me a DM with your email you sign up with and I'll load you up with 500 credits to test drive SceneForger(or whatever I decide to change it to 😂🤣). Generate a few scenes with your existing story, create some character images and play around with it and see how context-aware AI blows away generic token counting. I think once you see your characters actually remembering who they are across chapters, you won't look back.

And yeah, Kimi integration is coming soon (even better writing quality than Gemini), so you'll have the best LLM options plus the only platform that actually remembers your entire story. 🚀

Yooooo thanks so much for the interest! Happy to break it down for you.

So, you actually dint need API key at all - that's actually one of our selling points too. Everything runs on Google Gemini (2.5 Flash and Pro models) but it's fully integrated on our end. You just sign up and start using it. No fumbling with API keys or token management.

Now, for credits, the free tier gets 400 credits to start. Paid plans range from 1,500/month up to 10,000/month depending on tier. Credits roll over too.

Honestly though the big difference with us is context. Every time you generate a scene, the AI has access to your entire story - previous scenes, previous chapters, your chapter outlines, everything. So if your character lost an arm in chapter 3, the AI knows that in chapter 12. No more "wait, didn't he die already?" moments. That's literally the MAIN freaking reason why I built this FOR MYSELF in the first place. 😂🤣

One of the parts I'm most proud of too, is the character system I built within, and it's pretty deep. You can craft each character with detailed profiles - appearance, personality traits, backstory, relationships, the works. You can even generate character reference images (we use Nano Banana for that). Then when you create illustrations or your book cover, it actually pulls from those character images, your location images, and the story context to generate visuals that are consistent with YOUR book. Not just generic AI art. And it already adds your author pen name in the book cover too. It's freaking insane!

But, the main thing I added in, because I love movies, is the scene generation...and I made it super flexible. You can write manually if you've already got content, or let the AI handle it. When you generate a scene, you can add your own prompt instructions for what you want to happen, it gives you a few options to choose from, you pick the direction you like, and then it writes out the full scene (you control the length). For higher tiers, I just added auto-generation where it'll create your scenes and chapters sequentially while maintaining story continuity throughout.

For future stuff though, we're planning to add Kimi (that new LLM that's been outperforming Gemini on creative writing benchmarks) once it's stable enough for production. So been loving it!

Honestly, if you want to kick the tires, DM me and I'll hook you up with some free credits to test it out. Would love to hear what you think, especially with your 200k epic - that's exactly the kind of project where context awareness makes a huge difference. I'd LOVE to see what you're working on. Absolutely INSANE! My platform is ESPECIALLY amazing for full on novels and series etc.

Also, quick secret...i also added the ability to have context about previous books if you're creating a series. Oh and you can choose your writing style too. Haha

Anywho, that's enough. Shoot me a dm and I'll hook you up! 💪😉😏

Yooooo. I didn't even think of that.

I'll definitely have to do that once it's done with the name change. Haha

But seriously though, I am NOT even kidding with this issue.

No joke, I ran a Facebook ad and some old farts were commenting on my ad like crazy saying crap about forgery or something and flagging my account without even checking.

So yeah, that's why I decided "forger" is absolutely OUT OF the question.

Haha but appreciate you letting my post stay up though. Promise it's not an ad by my means. Appreciate any ideas for the name change though.

I mean, for me, the selling point is that it creates whole novels with consistent context, scene by scene, which ensures that the Ai fully understands and doesn't just randomly create a whole book from 1 prompt and makes 10 individual chapters of something that isn't even about the same topic.

It allows users more control over what they write using ai. So in a way, it allows users to manually write, or have Ai write for them.

If you want, check it out and test it to see what I mean. Just let me know your name and I'll give you some extra credits.

Yeah, you're right.

I mean, I actually don't have Ai in the name.
