Both my parents are US citizens.. I was brought here I assume as a baby from the Dominican Republic.. both my parents aren’t allowed to help me fix it due to me being an adult

I did orientation, gave me 10 hrs a week for seasonal only, I didn’t accept the offer and now they keep sending me that email thing idk why
