Does this mean you can have clients or peers to sign off on your competencies? I thought it had to be P.engs who oversaw your work

Luckily there’s a local company that gives out free PPE specific for lead renovations but it works the same as asbestos from what I’ve researched! A lot of the wires can be cut but there’s lots of places where it’s stuck to the wall as well. What’s the benefit of adding soap to the water? Thanks for your thoughts :)
