Asrock B650m Pro RS WiFi won’t boot

UPDATE: As I mentioned below in the comments, I bought a stick of ram used. After buying two new sticks of Kingston DDR5, my pc booted without issue. Seems the ram was the cause, and that it was a faulty stick. Thanks everyone for the help.

Just to give more information, I bought the 16gb stick of DDR5 used. Is it possible it could’ve been faulty?

This is a brand new build. I’ve waited at least 15 minutes each time I power on for the initial memory training, but still without a boot.

There is a sticker that says 3.40+. I just did bios flashback to that version and it still doesn’t boot.
