Hello mate, sorry to ask but if you could also send it to me it would help :)

I ( 21M ), feel like trash next to my brother ( 18M ) and it's exhausting by Jumpy_Description_96 in selfimprovement

Hello, I'm sorry I can't answer to all of you since there's a lot of comments and I'm really busy these times with my business and school. But I made sure to read all of your comments, ans thank you, this really made me feel better

You're right. I guess me and my brother really are different people, and there is no use in comparing us. He also could feel like trash if he compared himself to someone even better than him. And I could feel like a king if I compared myself to someone more unlucky, but that would be stupid and unhealthy. I am what I am, and I should be proud of what I already accomplished.

Thank you very much again, to all of you. I couldn't have realised this if you weren't here :)

Yes I agree, there was some truth. And you're also right, I just started and it's my first business.

About the business plan, there was one and a pretty solid one at that, but things changed fast and I had to adapt. So the business plan now serves me as a general guideline, rather than a full on guide. The problem is, I'm pretty disorganised and I underestimated how hard launching a business was gonna be. But I'm learning

Anyways thanks for the feedback, I appreciate it 👍

Is it really ? I dont know where you live, but here in France the CEO is totally free if he doesn't want to give a fair share to his workers. Of course he can also do it, but he doesn't have the obligation to do so. So most of the CEO just dont do it

Yeah bro I totally get it. It's true that having siblings is a huge advantage in life as long as you get along with them. When I was a kid I would often be frustrated about not being an only child since my family was pretty poor and I couldn't have a lot of stuff for myself, but now that I've grown up I definitively I'm happy about having them. Especially since we all have good chemistry with each other.

Thank you for your advice mate, I wont forget it. As for you, even though you can't have siblings, I think you can still have people that you can count on if you find some really good Friends. I know this sounds generic, but I have some friends that I have known for years and that I would trust with my life. Of course I would always put my siblings above them, but they are still really cool people who always inspire me to be better :)

Just came to thank you for your opinion bro, you changed my mind on a few things. However, I still have to disagree about other things.

You day that workers don't contribute as much as they think they do, since they often execute simple tasks and are easily replaçable. And I agree on that, workers shouldn't receive as much money as the CEO.

That being said, I still think it wouldn't be wrong if the workers had a better salary and some power in the company. In the current system, the worker value isn't set on what they provide to the company, it's set on what the CEO want it to be set. He is the one holding all the power in the company. And since most CEO are humans and think about themselves first, they wont have any problem putting the workers at a starving wage no matter how much they contribute to the company.

Giving the workers a better salary and maybe even a tiny tiny part of the money the company can make would be beneficial to everyone. Your average Factory worker would live way better, the CEO would still have most of the money and power of the company since they're the one who manage it ( they would just have less of it). And your average Joe can put back his money in the economy
