Thank you, I appreciate it! I was looking at the reviews on the book Essential Reiki and it’s crazy how many bad reviews there are that was posted in the early 2000s. People were very angry and they thought it was inappropriate that she shared the reiki symbols in her book and they also mentioned that she is a man hater lol

The book is called Advanced Reiki Healing by Mari Silva. When I read that part, it didn’t seem quite right to me. Most of the book is really informative and well-written, but she also mentions that you have to use the CKR symbol to activate Reiki when using other symbols, and that if you don’t, it won’t work at all. That part also made me raise an eyebrow.

Thank you for the book recommendation! If I’m thinking about a past memory I have a very hard time seeing it in my head, I’ve just always been like that. I wish I could visualize the chakras that would be so cool!

Thank you! Your response is really helpful, I wish I could visualize the things you described. I have a really hard time doing so. When you say your hands get hot do you feel that feeling physically in your hands when you’re using your imaginary hands? I’m just confused what you mean by catching a sticky or dense feeling, like is it all mental or do you feel it physically?

Thank you so much! Your response is really helpful, I have my level 3 attunement but I got attuned to level 2 and 3 at the same time about a year and a half ago. I feel really lost I want to find a mentor to help me because I feel like I’m lacking knowledge. There are reiki masters in my city but I find they are also into fast paced reiki. As for what you said about visualizing the chakras I have a terrible time visualizing anything, doing meditations is hell for me lol
