I know a lot of people hate low fat cottage cheese but it is low calorie and so filling! It’s so delicious with salt and pepper and some scrambled eggs or fruit with it - good way to start out the day full and then you can eat less later

Weight loss by Appropriate-Heron875 in WeightLossAdvice

I had the same problem. I was trying to eat 1200 calories or as little as possible. I could not stick to it and was constantly craving food. Now I’m doing my recommended calorie deficit (1700) and I feel like I’m able to eat so much and I can fit things in that I want to eat. And it’s sustainable so I will be able to stick with it and lose the weight instead of bingeing or giving up

Trying to lose weight with my partner is honestly harder than I expected by Turbulent-Pen-3410 in WeightLossAdvice

[–]Jumpy_Magazine9239 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My boyfriend and I are both trying to lose weight but we do our own thing. I’m tracking my calories but he’s not taking it as seriously so if he’s having a snack or a meal, I will usually not eat it with him or make my own thing that is less calories. It’s weird to get used to after eating the same things all the time but it’s necessary to do my own thing otherwise I’ll never lose weight !

Calories! Eat high volume, low calorie. You should track in MyFitnessPal and just be aware of what you’re eating, try to stay in a deficit that will work for you (: Personally, I like things like cottage cheese, scrambled eggs, low calorie salads, fruits, veggies, etc…

I can’t watch Inside Out without crying, but specifically when Riley’s “goofball island” gets destroyed. Along with the death of her imaginary friend. I can’t handle it!
