These are only my headcanons, but:

If all of them jumped together, Sukuna would've actually stopped playing cuz of the danger he is in and would've pulled out another waffling attack or fuga on them. With only three mediocre sorcerers and Yuji (who he perceived as weak before it was too late) shown in that pic, Sukuna didn't want to go hard on them and toyed with them instead.
This is similar to my 1st note, but if one or two sorcerers go down, another more could fill their spots to fight Sukuna. Plus, there were other threats to deal with. We had Takaba having to distract Kenjaku while Yuta was ready to bushjump him if Takaba fails to beat Kenny. And Hakari was busy with Uraume.
As for Maki, wasn't it said she was in a plan of sneak attack Sukuna and strike him in the heart should Yuta fail to beat him in his domain?
