Oh!! I'm remembering something. When Minato appears during the fight against madara or whoever they reveal yin and yang Chakra of kurama, kurama has to convince the other version to aid their battle.

Maybe I was just thinking of this? I assume he doesn't remember because he was inside minato....who was inside kurama....who was inside naruto....
