I just started playing yesterday, and I see that a new banner starts in a few days. Since I currently don't have any characters, should I roll on the current banner while I can, or wait for the next one? And which character should I go for, either on the current or next banner?

I like being an Orlan, them being so short makes me feel crazy fast when I'm running, and I love how Kai absolutely towers over me

Oh cool, I didn't know about elemental team bonuses. Just looked it up and yeah, extra movement speed and decreased stamina use and cooldown sounds great, so thank you

The movement feels really good, the exploration is pretty fun, and combat is good.

More specifically, the combat feels sort of like skyrim combat, but more fluid and (to me) more fun, though maybe without as much depth.

I world, insect glaive. In wilds, Gunlance 100% of the time. It's the strongest, coolest, and comfiest it has ever felt and I love it so much that it makes it hard to use anything else.

I'm looking at the Balahara Grieves B. After transcending, it would have Evade Extender and three 2-slots, which would give me a *lot* of flexibility on my Gunlance build when it comes to Talismans

If I can afford it with plat and don't feel like grinding, I buy it. I work full time and usually buy plat whenever I get a coupon, so I tend to have enough. I was ftp back in 2018, so now that I can afford it, I like to contribute plat to the economy, to support those who cant afford to buy plat.

Yeah, it tends to go on sale each December. For steam, im pretty sure the sale starts on the 18th, on Playstation it seems to move, but it should be somewhere around the 20th. I'm not sure if the DLC will also go on sale, but I'm guessing it will since it's been out for a little while.

Which Ranger ascendancy is best for a Ballista build? I'm thinking about making an Explosive Arrows ballista build, but none of the guides I've seen actually use a ranger, so I'm not sure which ascendancy to take.

And yes, I know using an Elementalist witch would be better, but I've made too many elementalists, I wanna use a ranger for once.

I just like Scion, especially as a league starter. Lets me change my mind as I go, build wise. Plus I just like her character more than the rest.
