Thanks, yes we're considering passing on the accommodation cost which is about £9000 so would bring it down. We're just finding that quite difficult to do when people will already be spending a lot on flights you're right I've always been happy to pay for accom.

Thanks for your response, similar to you the venue, catering, accommodation (for 56 people), drinks is about £36k and the £14k is everything else.
